Over the past six months, FaroSwap has been actively building within the Pharos ecosystem — from zero to a growing and thriving community.
We’ve gone through numerous iterations: fixing bugs, improving product logic, and engaging with builders and users across the network. During this time, FaroSwap has grown from a small idea into a key liquidity hub of Pharos, with 50,000+ followers on X and thousands of on-chain interactions.
Today, we’re excited to officially announce:

From now on, every interaction counts.
You can now earn Pharos Points by engaging with FaroSwap on the Pharos Atlantic Testnet.
Starting today, the FaroSwap Points System begins with Social Media Missions, and will soon expand to include Swap, Liquidity, and Referral activities.

2️⃣ What Is the FaroSwap Points System?#
As introduced in our documentation, FaroSwap has already launched both AMM and PMM versions, providing the foundation for efficient trading on Pharos.
When Pharos Mainnet launches, FaroSwap will go live with a ve(3,3) governance model — a mechanism inspired by protocols like Solidly, Velodrome, and Aerodrome, designed to align long-term incentives between traders, liquidity providers, and token holders.
At the time of token generation, a portion of the initial veFARO supply will be airdropped to early FaroSwap participants — helping us identify and reward those who have been part of our journey from the beginning.
The Points System acts as a tracking layer of user loyalty and contribution.

3️⃣ FaroSwap Points System — Structure & Rules#
The system is divided into four main sections:
1️⃣ Swap
2️⃣ Liquidity
3️⃣ Referral
4️⃣ Social Media
Since Pharos is currently in the testnet stage (using test tokens), we’re starting with Social Media Tasks.
Other sections — Swap, Liquidity, and Referral — will be launched progressively.
💱 1. Trading Activity (Swap)#
- Each swap will earn points based on its fiat-equivalent value.
- Rule: Details to be announced.
- Certain pairs will be marked as featured pairs, granting multiplied points for trading.
💧 2. TVL Contribution (Liquidity Provision)#
- Providing liquidity earns points based on the deposited amount and duration.
- Rule: Details to be announced.
🛡️ Anti-Whale Rule:
For LP deposits exceeding $1M per pool per address, users must contact the team directly.
A customized annualized points scheme may be arranged, potentially co-incentivized with the Pharos Foundation.
